DATED 27th October 2015 Dear Ms Hammond In response to your
notice in the Radcliffe Times of 22/10/2015 Page 77, I wish to exercise my
right to register my objection to the proposal disposal of land surrounding
the "Civic Hall", Thomas St, Radcliffe. Although the Civic Suite is
is not included in the disposal notice you published, (simply states surrounding...) I
am led to believe the building is included in the plan. This building is of
significant importance to many Radcliffe residents and I am confident a
number of people will join me in objecting to it's "disposal" Please advise me what you
